
Jenn’s Better than Restaurant Croutons

Method
- preheat oven to 325°
- sprinkle cubes with olive oil and salt; place in oven for 30-45 minutes
- in a small saucepan melt the butter, all seasonings, salt & pepper to taste and let it cook for a minute (long enough to dissolve the salt)
- add minced garlic and cook for, 30-60 seconds
- turn off the oven and stove
- put your dried out croutons in a bowl
- pour your herb infused butter over the croutons and toss, or stir them around with a large spoon/your gloved hand
- sprinkle copious amount of Parmesan and toss again
- now take a bite. We call these "chef snacks" and it's completely acceptable because every good chef tastes their food
